Description +
This three-cabin version offers a truly spacious and comfortable forward owner's cabin with a central double bed, sofa, desk, ample storage cabinets, and lockers, along with a private bathroom featuring a separate shower. The two aft cabins are also spacious, each with a separate shower and a shared bathroom.
Equipped with all the comforts typical of these boats, it also features a 220V VOLVO POWER inverter. The instrumentation is fully functional but dated, except for the more recent plotter with radar.
The sail equipment is in good condition, although it is fundamentally the original set. The teak deck is in excellent condition for its age, though the black rubber will need replacement soon.
Last antifouling treatment in July 2022. Last engine service in July 2023. Mooring fees paid until August 2024.
**This boat is in Italy and as such, its sale is subject to Italian customs and practices on yachts brokerage, which state that the agency commission of 10% is paid in half between the seller and the buyer. The sale price published on this site is therefore calibrated so that the seller pays to the broker only 5% and does not include the other 5%, which must be paid directly by the buyer to the broker... texte entier
