1989 STARRATT JENKS 45 MORGAN-STYLE CRUISER, SLEEPS 7, BOTTOM FRESHLY PAINTED AND READY FOR YOUR NEXT ADVENTURE

A center cockpit sloop, she offers voluminous interior spaces with well-performing sail characteristics. A favorite for Caribbean cruising, she is ready to take you wherever your dreams lie. With a Yanmar diesel with low hours, newer electronics and a Sailomat windvane, she is ready for extended passage. The vessel is also equipped for living-off-the-grid with 150w solar charging as well as an Air-X wind generator.

This is a newer model is based on the classic cruising Morgan 45 cruising yacht. Built by Starratt and Jenks, it carries over all the attributes that made the Morgan 45 so popular with cruisers and liveaboards, and extended the production run to more recent times.

The spacious cockpit has a forward companionway bringing you down to the main cabin and also a second entry to the rear of the cockpit into the captain's aft cabin. Below there is a 3-cabin layout with 5 berths and sleeping for 7. There is ample storage for all your routine gear and room for stores for long passages. There are a full head and a full galley with stove/oven, icebox, sink, and storage.

The sleeping berths include the spacious double aft cabin, a single bunk in the passageway to the main cabin, 2 single berths in the main cabin and a double V-berth forward.

The mast is keel-stepped.

Topsides, there are self-tailing winches and a windlass to handle the anchor. Ground tackle includes a 35# plow primary with 200' of chain rode, a 150# storm Danforth with 60' of chain rode and a 25# stern anchor.

Sails include a full batten, loose-footed main with 4 reef points, a jib, a 160 genoa and a drifter. There is roller furling on the headstay and the main is equipped with lazy jacks.
