LAGOON 52F – 2014 – OWNER’S VERSION – NEVER CHARTERED – VAT NOT PAID – BLUEWATER READY
This 2014 Lagoon 52F “TY MOR BRAZ II” is a rare 3-cabin Owner’s Version, never chartered, meticulously maintained and regularly upgraded. Mainly sailed in the Mediterranean and wintered ashore every year, she is presented in outstanding condition for her age.
Built by CNB Lagoon Bordeaux and designed by VPLP Design, the Lagoon 52F is renowned for her stability, comfort and excellent light-wind performance. Offering interior volumes comparable to a 55-footer, she remains easily manageable by a couple thanks to centralized sail handling.
The full starboard owner’s hull features a king-size berth, desk area, generous storage, double sinks, separate shower and independent toilet. The port hull hosts two spacious guest cabins with private en-suite bathrooms and electric toilets. An additional skipper cabin is fitted forward.
The panoramic saloon is bright and welcoming, featuring a retractable TV (2022), Fusion sound system (2022), integrated safe and a rare L-shaped galley with central island. Equipment includes electric oven, induction cooktop, double refrigerator (one added 2022), double drawer freezer (2022), Miele dishwasher, Miele washing machine, ice maker (2022), Nespresso machine and Sodastream.
Powered by twin Yanmar 4JH4-TE 75hp engines (approx. 2300 hours) with protected saildrives and folding 3-blade propellers, she offers both efficient sailing performance and reliable propulsion. Bow thruster with dedicated battery. Annual antifouling and winter haul-outs.
Sail plan includes a 101 sqm fully battened mainsail, 70 sqm self-tacking genoa and a 152 sqm Code 0 on electric furler (2022). All maneuvers are centralized to the flybridge with 5 electric winches, allowing safe short-handed sailing.
Full Raymarine electronics package including radar, autopilot, wind/speed/depth instruments and dual chartplotters (interior & flybridge – 2022). Aquamatic watermaker (628 hours), generator, shore power and 2000W/3000W inverters complete the onboard systems.
