Broker's Remarks
Majic is a practical and well-equipped example of the Sun Odyssey 40.3, suited to a buyer looking for a straightforward cruising yacht that is easy to manage without additional crew. The twin wheel cockpit and folding table make for a comfortable and sociable space, while the walk-through transom and swim platform add genuine ease of use at anchor.
The two-cabin, one-heads layout works well for a couple or a small family, with a large forward double and a saloon settee that converts to a further double berth. Recent attention to the electrical system — renewed batteries and solar charging — along with a comparatively young cruising chute, adds a degree of confidence for the new owner.
A sensible package for a buyer seeking an easy-to-sail Jeanneau based in the Ionian, well suited to coastal cruising and island hopping.
