The Treffer 40 is a spacious motor yacht with a refined appearance, a modern finish, and a well-thought-out layout. The spacious aft deck, the contemporary interior, and the complete equipment each contribute in their own way to the comfortable character of this yacht.
Wide gangways around the ship, providing good access to the aft deck. Here, the midship steering position and the aft entrance to the interior are located. The steerin position is equipped with a hardtop featuring recently renewed canopy parts all around. This allows the aft deck to be partially enclosed in less favorable weather conditions, while in good weather you can fully enjoy the outdoor space.
Inside, a beech interior was chosen, combined with a luxurious upholstered ceiling, a teak floor, and modern chrome details. The saloon is furnished with a semicircular sofa and a beautifully designed cabinet wall with ample storage space. An additional refrigerator is also integrated into this cabinet wall. Located in the bow are the galley and a sleeping cabin with sanitary facilities, including an en-suite toilet and shower.
Located in the aft ship is the spacious owner's cabin, featuring a freestanding double bed, a transom hatch, and ample closet space. This cabin also has its own private sanitary room, including a toilet and washbasin. The layout thus offers a pleasant combination of privacy and comfort on board.
The Treffer 40 is pleasant to sail and maintains a steady course. The bow and stern thrusters make maneuvering in harbors and locks easier. Combined with the clear outside steering position, this contributes to ease of use, both underway and when mooring.
Technically and cosmetically, this Treffer 40 also makes a very well-maintained impression. The ship has been sprayed with a two-component lacquer, which contributes to its polished appearance.
In addition to the equipment listed in the specifications, this Treffer features various additional amenities. For instance, the boat is equipped with foam insulation, electronic engine controls, and a 230V socket at the outside steering position. A Nasa Marine Target 2 wind set (2024) and a Victron BMV-700 battery monitor are also present. The wastewater system is fully equipped with a three-way valve and discharge pump. Pleated blinds in the saloon and aft ship, and Corian worktops in the galley and sanitary room complete the equipment.
