Solstar Houseboat Navigator M (моторная лодка) для продажи

Houseboat with steel hull. Simple durable design, expandable as floating hotel room with Sauna and Jacuzzi.

Very nice small size sollide houseboat with steel hull, perfect for B&B rental with jacuzzi and sauna.

This houseboat was designed and built by the Solstar GROUP, a company specialized in the production of innovative houseboats, floating homes and hotels on water.

In early 2025, the Solstar Group's modular floating hotel was successfully presented at the Dubai International Boat Show.

The houseboats are built on specially designed steel hulls with the aim of providing durability, stability and multi-purpose use. This makes the houseboat/units not only ideal as floating/boating cottages, but also suitable as floating offices, cafes and even complete hotel structures.

Thanks to solid steel construction, energy-efficient systems and high thermal insulation, the houseboat guarantees year-round comfort regardless of weather conditions.
This basic model as shown in the photos is now on sale and available immediately.

The jacuzzi and sauna are present in this demo and already included in the listed price.

Multiple sizes and other models are possible.
