Exceptional Hanse 460 – First Owner, Freshwater Only & Extensively Equipped
For sale is an exceptionally well-equipped Hanse 460 in excellent condition, offered by its first owner. The yacht has been used exclusively for private purposes, has never been operated in charter, and has only been sailed in freshwater.
The Hanse 460 combines contemporary design, generous living spaces and excellent sailing characteristics with easy handling. This yacht is equipped with a shallow L-shaped cast-iron keel with a draft of only 1.75 m, making it particularly versatile for cruising in shallower waters.
The deck and cockpit have been specified to a particularly high standard. Genuine teak is fitted to the side decks, coachroof, cockpit floor and seating, as well as the bathing platform. Two cockpit tables can be electrically lowered to create spacious sunbathing areas, while the automatic bathing platform provides convenient access to the water. The cockpit is protected by a fiberglass hardtop with a retractable canvas roof.
Handling and manoeuvring are made exceptionally easy by retractable 24 V bow and stern thrusters, electric Lewmar primary winches and an electric anchor windlass. The yacht is also equipped with a stainless-steel Delta anchor and 100 metres of stainless-steel anchor chain.
The comprehensive B&G navigation package includes a Zeus³S 9" chartplotter, Triton² multifunction displays with wind, depth, speed and temperature data, autopilot with Precision 9 compass, V60 VHF radio with wireless handset, and a wireless phone charger at the helm.
Below deck, the interior offers a refined and welcoming atmosphere with French Oak furniture, Delight Oak flooring, Florence Glacier upholstery and Marine Mineral Stone worktops.
