BROKER'S REMARKS
This Oceanis 45 offers a well-proportioned three-cabin layout with twin heads, making excellent use of her interior volume and suiting a couple or family cruising with guests. The teak cockpit and foldable gangway make her practical to step aboard and comfortable to use at anchor or alongside, while the electrically-operated swim platform adds a genuinely useful touch for swimming and boarding when at anchor.
Presented in good order with a recently serviced engine, working bow thruster, and EU VAT paid status confirmed, she is ready for immediate use and represents a straightforward, well-equipped example of the Oceanis 45 — an excellent platform for extended Mediterranean cruising in the Ionian and beyond. A sensible and practical package for the buyer seeking a capable three-cabin cruising yacht in a well-connected Greek base. We recommend an early inspection.
