Nice Princess P42...
Since we have upgraded to a larger boat, we are selling our very well-maintained and serviced Princess 42 Fly, second owner.
Smaller boats such as Merry Fisher or equivalent are gladly accepted as trade-ins.
The boat was completed in 2012, and delivery and first launch took place in 2013.
Additional equipment: Flybridge: Teak decking, bimini top, cool box, helm station, chart plotter, autopilot, depth sounder, protective covers for benches and helm station, summer covers for all 4 sides of the bimini top
Cockpit/Deck: Summer tarpaulins, custom-made, extendable shoe drawer, 2 x shore power cables, 4 ropes, 50 meters of anchor chain, Jambo 40kg anchor, mounts/stands for dinghy, 4 fenders, custom-made Flexima mattress in the master cabin, custom-made drawer below the steps to the kitchen, generator 758 hours (as of 07/25)
Maintenance work according to Volvo's maintenance log:
Engines: All hoses of the internal saltwater cooling circuit replaced (10/25), All V-belts replaced (09/25), All oil filters replaced (10/25), All diesel filters replaced (10/25), All air filters replaced (10/25), All anodes replaced (10/25), All impellers replaced (10/25), Engine oil changed (10/25), Compressor oil changed (10/25), Gear oil changed (10/25), Coolant changed (10/25), All dampers of the fans in the engine compartment renewed (09/25).
All exhaust clamps were replaced (09/25). The port engine was completely overhauled; this is normally done every 1,500 hours, but since the boat is in winter storage, we performed it at 900 hours. This included replacing all gaskets, bearings, the cylinder head, cylinder block, and valves, overhauling the turbocharger and heat exchanger, replacing the internal cooling system hoses, etc. All work is, of course, covered by the respective companies' warranties. The port engine is therefore equivalent to a new engine.Generator: V-belt replaced (09/25), oil filter replaced (09/25), diesel filter replaced (11/25), fuel pump replaced (11/25), copper ground strap replaced (09/25), heat exchanger serviced (09/25), oil change (10/25), coolant changed (10/25), impeller replaced (09/25), anode replaced (11/25), pressure cap replaced (11/25), exhaust system temperature sensor replaced (11/25)Passerella: All hydraulic hoses replaced (03/2026), hydraulic oil replaced (03/2026). Since the replacement, there are no operating hours on the engines, the passerella, and the generator, except for testing purposes – so they are completely new.
Inside: Fan/light in the master bathroom replaced (09/25), fan/light in the guest bathroom replaced (09/25), fan/light in the kitchen replaced (10/25), all lamps in the living room replaced with new LED spotlights (10/25)
Exterior: 4 new on-board batteries (09/2025), New curved stainless steel anchor swivel: anchor automatically rotates into the correct position when retrieving (09/2025), Bilge pump alarm light on flybridge replaced (09/2025), Exhaust temperature alarm light on flybridge replaced (05/2026), All cockpit lights replaced with new LED spotlights (09/2025), Teak on swim platform re-caulked and sanded (10/2025), Teak steps on flybridge re-caulked and sanded (08/2025), Hatch seal to flybridge replaced (10/2025), New windscreen wiper nozzles (08/2025), Gear oil in trim tabs changed (09/2025), New exterior shower including mixer (11/2025)General: New antifouling: 03/2025, New shaft bearings: 12/2023 (approx.
