This Lagoon 421 Owner Version represents an excellent opportunity to acquire one of Lagoon's most successful cruising catamarans, designed for comfortable long-distance cruising and liveaboard living.
Built in 2010 and privately owned since new by the same owner, this sought-after 3-cabin/3-head owner's layout offers significantly more comfort, storage, and privacy than the more common charter configurations.
The yacht is exceptionally well-equipped for extended cruising, featuring air conditioning, heating, a generator, a watermaker, electric winches, AIS, radar, and upgraded electronics. The spacious saloon, large galley and generous owner's accommodation make her ideal for couples, families or liveaboard sailors looking for a capable and comfortable cruising platform.

Accommodation :
With an approximate length of 12.61 meters, the Lagoon 421 offers an optimised layout with 3 double cabins and 3 bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort for both family use and extended cruising trips. Its interior configuration maximises natural light through large panoramic windows, creating a sense of spaciousness that is superior to that typical of its class. Each cabin has its own bathroom, guaranteeing comfort at all times.
Its interior layout offers a practical kitchen, a bright living room with panoramic views and multiple indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.
Thanks to its generator, air conditioning and water maker, the Lagoon 421 is prepared for long stays at sea with maximum comfort.

Inventory :
Onboard comfort: ONAN 11KVA generator, 44,000 BTU air conditioning, desalinator, ice maker, and inverter.
Nav Equipment: Raymarine E-12W Display advanced electronics, 48MN Radar, 4KW Radome, remote-controlled autopilot, AIS 250, VHF 55E USA and steering joystick.
Electric winch for davits and easy access to the sea.
Sails and Sail Handling: Mainsail, spinnaker and furling genoa, complemented by an electric winch system that makes sail handling easy and efficient, enhancing comfort and reducing effort while sailing.

Raymarine internal helm joystick installed at the chart table (currently not operational and requiring diagnosis).
The yacht was originally built for the US market and therefore features 110V domestic outlets and American-style sockets. She is, however, currently operating in Europe and is connected to 220V shore power via a transformer/converter system. The arrangement works correctly, although buyers should be aware that replacing domestic appliances and converting the vessel entirely to European specification may require additional investment if desired.

Mechanical :
Powered by twin Yanmar 75 HP diesel engines, the vessel has been actively cruised and maintained throughout her life. Saildrive seals were replaced in 2023; the engines are currently receiving a full engine service.
