This 2016 Dufour 412 benefits from impeccable maintenance and an exceptional technical follow-up. Between 2023 and 2025 she underwent a very substantial preventive maintenance programme, including a complete engine refit, full replacement of the standing rigging, modernisation of the electronics and numerous structural renovations. She is today an extremely sound, reliable yacht, ready to sail immediately with no work to plan — ideal for a long-distance cruising project or an Atlantic crossing.
The layout offers 3 double cabins with a convertible saloon, a spacious and functional shower room, and the warm interior typical of Dufour. All interior cushions are new and kept under covers. Navigation is handled by a very recent, latest-generation Raymarine package: i70 displays, chartplotter/GPS, VHF, AIS700 and autopilot, with replaced mast sensors (wind vane, anemometer, antenna). Ground tackle is new too: windlass replaced in 2025, 50 m of 10 mm chain and a new 20 kg Delta anchor. Safety includes a new 6-person liferaft in container, and a new 3D Tender dinghy with a new Mercury 3.5 hp outboard completes the package.

On the structural side, major work has been carried out: complete hull sanding and hard-matrix treatment in 2024, rudder bearings replaced, through-hulls and valves changed (galley, shower room, black-water tank) between 2024 and 2025, replacement of the water heater and fridge compressor. The underwater sections are in perfect condition and the last haul-out dates from June 2026, with the last full service in November 2025.
