Iona is a VAT-paid 2007 Bavaria Cruiser 39 with three double cabins, two heads and a spacious, comfortable interior. Easily handled with in-mast furling, a furling genoa and a 30 hp diesel engine, she is well suited to family and short-handed cruising. Recent upgrades include new canvas, a larger raised bimini with new stainless-steel framework, new cushions, solar panels and a 2024 outboard engine.

Iona is a VAT-paid 2007 Bavaria Cruiser 39 offering a practical combination of spacious accommodation, easy sail handling and comfortable cruising. Her popular three-cabin, two-head layout provides six permanent berths, with two additional occasional berths in the bright and sociable saloon.

She is equipped with in-mast mainsail furling, a furling genoa, a 30 hp diesel engine, electric anchor windlass, Rocna anchor, autopilot, colour chartplotter, GPS and VHF radio.

Recent improvements include a complete new canvas package fitted in 2025, comprising a new sprayhood and a larger raised bimini with newly fabricated stainless-steel framework. New cushions were also fitted, solar panels were installed in approximately 2023, parts of the rigging have been upgraded and the outboard engine was purchased new in 2024.
