OMØSUND - Sakskøbing.

If you are looking for a project and have the right hands, here you have the opportunity to acquire a piece of Danish history for either residential or commercial use.

OMØSUND is today used as a clubhouse for the sailing club and guest sailors in Sakskøbing.

Much of the boat, including the engine, is in its original condition, but there is a large club room with kitchen and heat pump that can easily be used as a residence, while the rest can be converted into the most beautiful houseboat, coffee shop or ice cream parlor.
