Charming schooner ready for new adventures. Plenty of space for vacationing or as a houseboat. Hull/deck is built in concrete for easy maintenance. Built in 1978 and first launched in 1986. Continuously maintained and lots of updates. With bowsprit, the boat is 58 feet.
