Konstruktor tych łodzi HT ma wieloletnie doświadczenie w budowie łodzi mieszkalnych i pływających pokoi hotelowych, działa na rynku od 2005 roku. Wszystkie łodzie mieszkalne są zgodne z normami ISO Dyrektywa 2013/53 UE.
Konstrukcja żelbetowa zapewnia, że łodzie są niezatapialne, ponieważ są bardzo wytrzymałe i dlatego mogą wytrzymać dziesięciolecia pogody (i lodu) bez konserwacji. Konstrukcja szkieletu jest wykonana z drewna i izolowana styropianem. Z zewnątrz fasada jest skandynawska.
