Si tratta di un progetto dell'Ing. Carlo Bertorello, realizzato professionalmente nel 2007, in compensato marino e epoxy, nel cantiere Wood&Sea di Cristian De Meo a Formia.
La barca è armata a Gunter, ovvero con randa alla portoghese con picco, molto simile a una randa marconi, ma più semplice ed efficace.
E' una barca di concezione moderna, ma in stile tradizionale (spirit of tradition), molto abitabile e marina, costruita in un unico esemplare.
