Najad 440 (zeilboot) - verkoop

Remarks :
Magic Touch is a 1991 Najad 440 — a centre-cockpit bluewater cruiser designed by Norman & Karlsson and built in Sweden by one of Scandinavia's most respected yards. A heavy-displacement, heavily built vessel of 15,500kg, she combines serious offshore credentials with the comfort and self-sufficiency that long-distance sailing demands. Offered for sale in good overall condition, she has been maintained by knowledgeable owners who have sailed her extensively throughout Greek waters.

The specification reflects years of considered investment. A Fisher Panda 6kVA generator, twin 120W solar panels, and a wind generator provide genuine energy independence at anchor. The Raymarine electronics suite — radar, autopilot, echo sounder, log/speed, wind instruments, and masthead sensor — was comprehensively renewed in 2019–2020. A Skafresh watermaker, 1,300 litres of water capacity, and 400 litres of fuel tankage extend range and self-sufficiency further still. She is offered EU VAT paid and British registered.

BROKER'S REMARKS
Magic Touch is a serious bluewater cruiser from one of Scandinavia's most respected yards — a Najad 440 designed by Norman & Karlsson, built in Sweden in 1991, and maintained throughout by knowledgeable owners who have sailed her extensively. Centre cockpit, flush teak deck, 15,500kg displacement, and a 95hp Volvo Penta TMD31B give her the weight, power, and layout of a genuine passage-maker.

The specification reflects years of considered investment. A Fisher Panda 6kVA generator and twin 120W solar panels with wind generator provide genuine energy independence at anchor. The Raymarine electronics suite — radar, autopilot, echo sounder, log, wind instruments, and masthead sensor — was comprehensively renewed in 2019–2020. A Skafresh watermaker, 1,300 litres of water capacity, and 400 litres of fuel tankage extend range and self-sufficiency further still. Bow thruster, rope cutter, deck wash, and 100m of new 10mm galvanised chain complete a working boat that is ready to go offshore.

Standing rigging was replaced in 2016. The new Eberspächer diesel heater (2024) means she is comfortable year-round. Ten winches, an oversized awning, cockpit shower, and two boarding ladders make the deck practical for a couple or small crew.

She is ashore, Preveza — one of the best-connected cruising bases in the Eastern Mediterranean, with the Ionian Islands, Lefkas Canal, and the broader Greek island chain on the doorstep. She can be viewed by arrangement and a survey can be commissioned readily. Viewing is warmly invited.
