The Koopmans 43 is a serious long-distance cruising yacht, combining elegant classic lines with robust construction, excellent seakeeping and a practical layout designed for offshore sailing.

Built with a 28mm Red Cedar core and 2x3mm epoxy laminate covering, she benefits from a structure that is light, strong and naturally well insulated. Storage is divided between a 400Ah gel battery bank and a 220Ah lithium bank, with the batteries renewed in 2024 and 2025.

A Zen 30 watermaker installed in 2024 further enhances her autonomy, making her fully equipped for ocean passages and long-term liveaboard cruising.

Safety equipment is fully up to date, including a 2024 liferaft. The ground tackle is equally reassuring, with a 33 kg Rocna anchor, new chain and an electric windlass.

Below deck, the yacht features a beautifully finished teak interior in a warm, traditional style. Comfort equipment includes a Webasto heating system, fans in all cabins, a refrigerator, a Dometic freezer added in 2024, hot water, and a gas hob and oven.
