Remarks :
Hanse 370 (2008/2009) – Air Conditioning | Well Maintained
Introducing this well-maintained Hanse 370, built in July 2008 and first registered in 2009, with an overall length of 11.25 meters. The yacht is currently Austrian-registered and was previously Spanish-flagged, with European VAT paid. For Spanish buyers, both the 12% Spanish Registration Tax and VAT have already been paid, representing an important advantage with no additional import or matriculation taxes to be settled in Spain.
This Hanse 370 combines performance, comfort and ease of handling, making her an excellent choice for both family cruising and longer passages. She features a solid fibreglass hull with a fin keel, offering stability and reliable sailing characteristics. Powered by a dependable YANMAR 3JH4E inboard diesel engine (40 HP), she ensures smooth and efficient motoring when required. The yacht holds a Category A (Ocean) certification, confirming her offshore capability.
CONDITION & MAINTENANCE: The boat has been consistently maintained and is presented in good overall condition, with recent works including:
Antifouling: 2025
Last haul-out: 2025
