CAP MED BOAT & YACHT CONSULTING presents this 2016 Beneteau Oceanis 45, launched in May 2017, in a 3-cabin, 2-head and 2-toilet layout. First owner, never chartered and described as being in very good condition, this yacht has been carefully equipped for long-distance cruising.
Her exterior equipment is particularly well suited to autonomous cruising: stainless steel arch for tender and solar panels, 650 W solar panels, Tesup 940 W wind turbine, 2022 aluminium 3D Tender 290 with July 2025 Yamaha 6 hp 4-stroke outboard, reinforced anchoring setup with 25 kg Rocna anchor, 60 m chain and 30 m rope. The new January 2026 lazy bag, protective covers, 2025 aft privacy screen and aft platform electric actuator replaced in 2024 further highlight the care given to this yacht.
The 75 hp turbo diesel engine shows approximately 1,740 hours, with a very low reported consumption of 1.9 L/h. The yacht benefits from reassuring mechanical monitoring, with oil analyses carried out in 2022 and again in January 2026. The latest IESPM report confirms normal operation, with no particular anomaly detected.
On board, the Oceanis 45 offers serious cruising comfort: 740 L fresh water capacity, Webasto heating in the saloon, one aft cabin and its head, 130 L Vitrifrigo refrigerator, second 85 L negative cold unit with new evaporator in January 2026, 2024 220 V 6 kg washing machine, Froli bed base and new forward cabin mattresses from October 2025. The electrical installation is enhanced with recent batteries, two inverters, additional USB sockets and 220 V lighting.
B&G electronics, fixed VHF with AIS receiver, handheld VHF, interior and exterior surveillance cameras, as well as the Fusion MS AV 700 Hi-Fi system with 2000 W amplifier and interior / exterior speakers make this yacht practical, safe and enjoyable on a daily basis.
The original sails are reported to be in very good condition, with a 49 m² mainsail and 49 m² genoa, the genoa foot having been redone in 2025. Without spinnaker, Code 0 or staysail, the boat retains a simple, reliable and easy-to-manage cruising configuration.
