The concrete bottom is very strong and requires no maintenance and / or cleaning and is very solid and calm on choppy water.

The layout of the boat is very clever and cozy made. A beautiful spacious living room with kitchenette as a partition. And at the rear two spacious double rooms with beds of 160 by 2 meters. In the living room a lovely Sleeapsofa. You enter the boat on the side. The front terraces have awnings. They boats are built by the very experienced houseboat builder HT-Houseboats but exclusively designed by Beiler-Kreativ.
The boats can be rented and of course used recreationally. The boats can be used and or occupied all year round. (Registration for permanent habitation is not possible).

La costruzione in ferrocemento garantisce l'inaffondabilità delle imbarcazioni, che sono molto robuste e possono quindi resistere a decenni di intemperie (e ghiaccio) senza bisogno di manutenzione. La struttura a skellet è realizzata in legno e isolata con polistirolo. Dall'esterno, la facciata è scandinava.
All'interno, gli edifici sono prevalentemente in vetro e legno.
Sono ancorati con un sistema di pali calati sul fondo del corso d'acqua.
Un motore non è fornito, ma può essere montato dietro la casa galleggiante se l'imbarcazione deve essere trasportata. Il motore massimo può essere di 60HP o 44,1 kW e di tipo long-tail.
