This former 28m tonnage vessel, with steel riveted hull and of the Logger model, has been solidly converted into a sailing houseboat with a spacious, open accommodation that is equipped with all modern conveniences. The ship has its own permanent berth in the historic harbour of Puttershoek with a view of the Oude Maas river and ample parking space in front of the door. Documents such as a valid CvO inspection report (2018) and a thickness measurement report are present. Also, all utilities are present and permanent residence is possible. The MWM 175 hp 6-cylinder diesel engine and Reintjes gearbox were installed in 1962. Access to the engine room is via the aft deck. Technical equipment includes oil lubricated propeller shaft, 2 generator sets, inverter 1500W, Remeha Tzerra natural gas boiler (2020), oil fired boiler with Riello burner, electric boiler, electric hydrophore, triple water filter, stainless steel drinking water tanks 5000L, waste water tank, diesel tank 2000L . Recently the deck was painted and the underwater hull blasted and provided with 2 component paint.

The wheelhouse is spacious ( 20 m2) has insulated glass all around. Steering wheel is on a Seffle steering stand with hydraulic steering machine. Navigation equipment consists of Observer compass, depth sounder, VHF and AIS. Through the open staircase you descend to the living area, with underfloor heating, halogen spotlights and an abundance of 220V sockets. The skylights in the superstructure and near the kitchen are equipped with insulation glass and provide plenty of light. The excellent insulation provides good soundproofing in addition to heat preservation. From the living area there is an open passage to the modern kitchen, with various equipment such as a large silent hood, induction hobs, wok burner on propane gas, built-in deep fryer, large freezer, large refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, instant water heater, composite countertops, sink with mixer tap. In the fore cabin is a bedroom with double bed, closet space on either side, two sliding doors, quiet inverter air conditioning and halogen ceiling lights. The rear bathroom has a hanging toilet, corner bath with shower, shower cabin with glass doors, thermostatic taps (Damixa), sink, ventilation and design radiator. There is also a service area for placing a washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, there is silent permanent ventilation with large air filters, a very spacious moving hatch and a large storage room under the wheelhouse. The current interior is such that a new owner can further furnish the ship to his own taste, delivery is possible immediately.
