Description +
Steep stem 26 meters without Certificate of Inquiry. The ship has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and is therefore suitable as permanent residence. The underwater hull was completely sandblasted and doubled by 6mm in 2009 and there is also a flat thickness report available. The ship was then fully insulated with underfloor heating. Extensive documentation is available. Besides the central heating there is a wood stove in the spacious, and especially bright living room. The layout of the ship is as follows: entrance through the wheelhouse, with a staircase down you can see through a long corridor so towards the front of the ship where the salon and kitchen are located. To the left of the hallway are the bedrooms, the bathroom and the engine room. The owner indicates that - should the ship be used as a houseboat - the option exists to remove the engine free of charge, thus creating the possibility to create another bedroom.... whole text
