60x24 Custom Houseboat with a Recently added 20x60 Covered Top Deck!!

This 1982 60'x24' Houseboat is built on a steel barge and has recently added a professionally-built 20'x60' covered top deck. It also has a 15'x20' foot screened-in area with a working stove, refrigerator, and sink with hot water.

It operates on either shore power or its 10kw diesel generator which is located on a separate 16'x28' generator barge.

This Houseboat has had major professional renovations and has beautiful cypress wood throughout. It is an open floor plan with a full-sized bathroom. It includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, a new refrigerator, propane stoves in the kitchen and upstairs, and hot water heaters.

*A 1600 gallon freshwater cistern tank is on a separate fixed-pier which works very well. It is not integral to the houseboat. A 400 gallon aluminum freshwater tank is onboard.

Its present location is on a lease in the Bayou Decade area in Southern Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. If you want to keep it in its present location, it requires a 12-month lease.

The Houseboat has two Yamaha 115 outboard engines, a 60-gallon fuel tank, and all of the controls. It also has a remote control that can be used to drive the boat from anywhere onboard.
