Progettata da Sparkman & Stephens e' un classe "One Ton Cup".
Fu costruita da Carlini nel 1968, con la classica configurazione di pinna e timone separati, ormai in grande voga per le barche di questa classe, con "trim tab" attaccato alla chiglia. Queste caratteristiche avevano infatti dimostrato grandi miglioramenti nello stringere il vento.
Sotto coperta la disposizione e' quella classica delle barche S&S, con possibilita' di accogliere fino a sei persone ciascuna nella propria cuccetta.
Questa imbarcazione ha subito un recente refit tra il 2023 e il 2025 ad opera dell'armatore e ora è pronta alla boa.
