Princess 38 – Lady Jane (2000)Are you looking for a Princess 38 that is excellently maintained, fully documented, and ready immediately for carefree boating holidays? Then the Princess 38 "Lady Jane" is a particularly attractive choice. This timeless flybridge motor yacht from the renowned British shipyard Princess Yachts combines sporty performance with a luxurious finish, a comfortable layout, and excellent handling characteristics. The Lady Jane is powered by two Volvo Penta KAMD44P six-cylinder diesel engines of 265 hp each , coupled to reliable propeller shafts. This allows the ship to reach a top speed of approximately 40 km/h. Maneuvering is also effortless thanks to the Sleipner bow thruster , which can be operated from both the interior and exterior controls. The propeller shaft seals were renewed in 2021 and 2022.
On board, you immediately experience the high-quality finish for which Princess is known worldwide. The warm cherry wood interior exudes quality and was further refreshed in 2022. The saloon features new beige upholstery, newly upholstered outdoor cushions, new carpet, and new curtains, giving the interior a fresh and modern look. The generous headroom of over two meters in the majority of the saloon contributes to a comfortable stay on board.
The practical layout consists of two comfortable cabins with a total of four fixed berths , while the saloon can easily be converted into two additional berths . The galley is fully equipped with a three-burner gas stove , oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer compartment. Additionally, the yacht features hot water, an electric toilet, a shower, an outdoor shower, and Eberspächer hot air heating , ensuring a comfortable stay on board during the spring and autumn seasons as well.

Outside, the spacious flybridge offers an excellent view while sailing and a lovely spot to enjoy the sun underway or in the harbor. The aft cockpit flows seamlessly into the generous swim platform, while a sprayhood, bimini, cockpit tent, and complete outdoor cushions ensure optimal comfort during every boating season.
