Currently the best Princess 20M available for sale.
All maintenance work completed; fully repainted with AWLGRIP in 2016. Cockpit teak decking replaced in 2017; swim platform decking replaced in 2016.
All canvas covers and exterior upholstery replaced in recent years. New carpeting throughout the vessel (2015). Bow and stern thrusters... New plotter installed on the flybridge in June 2019. Always wintered ashore. Mesh cover over the cockpit... Cockpit bench seat reupholstered and new table; upholstery in the saloon, owner's cabin, and guest cabin replaced... New electric toilets in owner's and VIP cabins; saloon helm station reupholstered and refinished by a carpenter; new cover. MAN engines inspected, serviced, de-rusted, and repainted. Bluetooth radio... All windows fitted with UV-reflective film.
June 2023: Generator overhaul, new air conditioning pump, etc. (cost approx. €13,000). Antifouling renewed in September 2023... Engine service performed by MAN in October 2023.
Work carried out 2025/2026:
RINA inspection with certification valid until 2031. Installation and modification of a new fire suppression system to meet current regulations. Major engine service ("Super Service") including routine maintenance and extraordinary repairs. Removal of fuel injectors, plus overhaul and valve adjustment. Overhaul and treatment of heat exchangers. Readjustment of stuffing boxes (including replacement of packing). Generator overhaul and fine-tuning.
Routine engine maintenance, including replacement of oil, oil filters, and diesel filters. TEST RUN ONLY
(ONE HOUR OF OPERATION) PERFORMED. Replacement of all batteries; inspection and fine-tuning of the entire electrical system.
INTERIOR: Replacement of the electric toilet in the twin-berth cabin. Removal of the dashboard and fabrication of a new burl wood fascia (original style). Cleaning and refurbishment of leather on all interior sofas. Industrial carpet cleaning. Hygienic cleaning of the entire interior. Removal of interior paneling (hallways and ceilings), replacement of foam backing in panels, surface restoration, and reinstallation.
Purchase and installation of a new oven; overhaul of all galley appliances. Relocation of the large-screen TV from the saloon window to the galley wall.
EXTERIOR: Fabrication of a new, detachable steel ladder (AISI 316, 55 cm wide) for water access, featuring high handrails and teak treads, plus installation of stainless steel mounts on the swim platform. Purchase of a 320 cm inflatable boat with an inflatable keel and Yamaha outboard motor (5 hp). Overhaul and fine-tuning of the Besenzoni gangway, including replacement of various lines and acquisition of additional remote controls...
Total cost for materials and labor: approx. 115,000 euros... Purchase and installation of a new VHF radio.
