Built by JEANNEAU YACHTS, this 2012 53-footer embodies the yard's bluewater ambitions: a 15.73 m yacht designed for long passages with a small crew, yet offering the volume and comfort of a true cruising yacht. FRANCE flag, pre-owned, offered at €269,000 VAT paid.
Construction and seakeeping
Polyester hull, 15.73 m overall with a 4.77 m beam, 2.28 m draft and a displacement of 14,935 kg: proportions that give the boat the stability and power needed for offshore work. Decks are teak, as is the cockpit. The rig is served by a mainsail track and car, backstay, removable inner forestay, bowsprit, spinnaker gear, halyard turning blocks and winch handles. The North Sails wardrobe includes a battened in-mast mainsail, a North Sails Dyneema genoa with UV strip, a staysail and a gennaker on a furler.
Power and autonomy
The 110 hp YANMAR 4JH4 TE, 4-cylinder, dating from 2012 with 1,600 hours, drives a shaft line. Expect 7 knots cruising at 7 l/h, and 11 knots top speed.
