Boat Haus Mediterranean 12X4,5 Royal Houseboat (motorbåd) til salg

Modern houseboat available in Spain with investment opportunity and fixed return.

Boat Haus Mediterranean houseboats have been rented out for a few years and are now in Alcaidesa Marina, located in front of Gibraltar, in southern Spain. But the moorings will be used for a different purpose and therefore they are now offered at a reduced price.
The boats can also remain moored and continue in rental in different ways. Hotel concept or leaseback concept. Own use is then possible for a week or three.

The founders of Boat Haus Mediterranean have years of experience in living and managing a floating hotel and therefore Boat Haus Mediterranean is the result of their search for a new way of living and well-being. A beautiful opportunity where the luxury of a boat is combined with the comfort of a house to offer you a unique experience of living on the water.

Boat Haus Mediterranean uses premium durable materials and offers the highest quality in the wide range of models they offer to the customer.

The Modern and the Grand Royal are made entirely of COMPOSITE and the price quoted is for a fully equipped haus boat with all the specifications listed.
