Description +
Ready to sail houseboat in beautiful Brielle.
Ship is registered in the land registry and all inspection reports are present.
The ship is almost 100 years old. It is a flat bottomed steel vessel and well maintained. The ship is CVO approved.
We found it important to be self-sufficient and this we have realized eg through the use of solar panels and generator (s).
The ship is equipped with central heating (Kabola) beautiful cast iron blue burner and air conditioning.
The ship is ready to board and suitable for permanent residence for example young families or people who have ever had the dream to sail a ship to France. When purchasing our ship we did look at this. It is ship is also suitable for the channels in England.
Layout ship:
The ship has a spacious wheelhouse with two sliding doors on either side. There is a small sink with gas stove, oven and refrigerator, fully equipped steering gear and large steering wheel.
There is a vasstand bench with storage. Separate table and long stool, which can also be slid against the bench what possibly to two beds can be created.
Under the floor is accessible, engine (Ford Lehman, 2714E), generator, hydrofor, stove, water tank (1000 liters) and fuel tank (600 liters).
Stairs down: small freezer in panelled gunwale
The salon has a spacious open living room equipped with 4 windows, two weather side and 1 skylight. There is a fixed fireplace with a cast iron blue burner. 1 inside unit Airco.
All windows on the ship are double glazed except the windows that open.
Fixed door to a small hallway (with cupboard) and the wet room.
The wet cell consists of shower and toilet with macerator pump. Sink with glass plate
Dryer and washing machine
Next to the wet cell is a room with a double bed located, with storage space and built-in cupboards. The room has two large windows and two portholes, both sides.
Through the sliding door are two rooms located next to each other with both a single bed. Both rooms have both two portholes and on either side of the room a hatch to go outside. 1 inside unit Airco
Equipment is mainly from Victron and Phoenix:
